Special prices for APAIE delegates have been arranged at select hotels in Aerocity. Of course, with a city the size of Delhi, delegates are spoilt for choice when it comes to accommodation options, but do be wary of travel times to the venue from locations beyond Aerocity, not to mention Delhi’s famous traffic jams!
Located adjacent to Delhi International Airport and just 10km from Yashobhoomi IICC (the APAIE 2025 venue), we recommend Aerocity as a convenient location for APAIE delegates.
Described as a 'city within a city', Aerocity is home to hotels, restaurants, retail shops, spas and salons. In addition to the variety of hotels and the dining options within the hotels, Aerocity also provides an abundance of restaurants to suit all price points, from fast food and casual dining to international and fine dining. There is also a metro station located just outside of Aerocity, which is about a 10 minute walk from the Conference hotels. The Orange Line/Airport Metro Express Line will take you directly to Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 station and from here it is a 10 minute walk using the underground tunnels to the convention centre. Tickets can be purchased from the counter at the station but please be aware that during rush hour this counter can be very busy so it is advisable to purchase your tickets/travel card in advance.
