Whilst the APAIE 2025 organisers will do their best to assist and share information on the visa process, the granting or denying of any individual visa application lies with the Government of India. Every individual is responsible for their own visa application.
The APAIE 2025 Conference and Exhibition event is registered with India’s Ministry of Home Affairs to facilitate visa applications in the business-conference category for APAIE 2025 delegates. Specific documents are required from the APAIE 2025 event organisers to apply for the e-conference visa, with a different process for e-visa and paper visa applications. Please check the following to determine which type of visa applies to you, and follow the applicable process.
Please note that you need to be registered for the APAIE event first in order to be given access to the documents required to apply for the conference visa.
If you do not see the country/region of your passport on this page, please contact: info@APAIEconference.net.

The deadline to apply to the Ministry of External Affairs for nationals of Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan to apply for a Conference paper visa, has now closed and we are unable to add any additional names to the list. We suggest you approach your local embassy for assistance in gaining information about other types of visas you may be able to apply for.
