1. Evidence of full-time student status at the time of the Conference will be required.

2. Those eligible to register at the speaker rate will be provided a code to enter in the "Presenter Code" field to claim the presenter rate. The code will be provided to the coordinator in the acceptance email.

Social

Delegate tickets for the APAIE Welcome Reception held on Tuesday 25 March 2025 are included in the registration fee. Additional guest tickets can be purchased when registering for $65. (limited to 1 guest per delegate)

Pre-Conference Workshops

The pre-conference workshops take place on Monday 24 March 2025 at the conference venue, the India International Convention & Expo Centre (IICC). Registration for the workshops is an additional $100 per workshop, details of the workshop program will be available in November.
