Matt leads Team IO in building bridges and deepening relations for SMU with some 300 partner universities around the world. His time at SMU follows 21 years of international relations work in the public and non-profit sectors. Best experiences then include running international campaigns, and leading multilateral negotiations and collaborations on maritime issues at UN agencies and regional inter-governmental organisations; establishing a representative office in London to promote Maritime Singapore to the European community; and building a network of Friends of Singapore Communities in major cities in China, the UK, US and ASEAN countries.

Pornchai Mongkhonvanit

President, Siam University, Thailand

Pornchai Mongkhonvanit is the current president of Siam University. He is the Executive Director of the Asia Cooperation Dialogue University Network (ACD-UN). He is the former First Vice President and former Chair of the Higher Education for Sustainable Development Cluster of the International Association of Universities (IAU). Pornchai is also a former president of the Thailand Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa.

Prof. Rajendra Prasad Bhatt, PhD, Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Far Western University has a PhD in English from Tribhuvan University. He has served as Director of Curriculum Development Center at the university. He has successfully completed his responsibility as an Assistant Campus Chief. He specializes in African American Literature as a dedicated scholar, he has published articles extensively in national and international journals. Having been with FWU since its inception, he remains passionate about research, publication, and academic excellence.

Rajendra Prasad Joshi

Rajendra Prasad Joshi

Assistant Professor, Far Western University, Nepal

Rajendra Prasad Joshi, assistant professor, Far Western University has an experience of teaching in the university level for more than 15 years. He has successfully completed his tenure as a Coordinator for the Special Need Education program of the university. He is currently pursuing PhD in Teacher Research from Far Western University. He has attended and presented in SLELTA conference in Sri Lanka in 2014 and presented in TESOL 2017 held at Washington. He has presented paper in the NELTA international conference as well. He is the Chair of the NELTA Kanchanpur, a professional organization for English language teachers. He has keen interest in the professional development and work as a teacher educator in Nepal particularly Far Western region of Nepal. He worked as Access teacher for two tenures i.e. four years (2013-2017) in the English Access Microsholarship Program supported by U.S. State Department, American Embassy in Nepal. He has published couple of papers in the research journal. His interest lies in professional development, teacher research, teacher well-being and testing and evaluation.

Vinod has over fifteen years of industry experience in Banking, Telecom & Travel.
